How are the boxes curated?+
Each week we source from Muskoka farmers' markets and partner makers. Our team taste-tests, photographs, and hand-packs every drop.
What does the price include?+
Everything: products, packaging, transportation to one address per drop. Cottage detours or split addresses incur a small extra delivery fee.
When do I have to order by?+
Place your order by Monday at 12:00 PM ET to receive that week's Friday drop. Later orders roll to the following week.
Can the recipient have allergies or preferences?+
Absolutely — leave a note at checkout. We'll happily swap items or build a fully bespoke box on Signature and Grand tiers.
Is the deposit refundable?+
Yes, until 72 hours before your first scheduled drop.
